Really enjoyed today lads although I was spent at the end. Hope ya got backok Paddy, cant comment on the fall as I didnt see it, but by all accounts you was pretty lucky to walk away unhurt. Bacon sarni was as tasty as usual cheers Jamie, fingers crossed weather holds for next week.

Nice little jaunt out in Epping today.. Yea me and Ninja missed the "over the bars moment" paddy but we did see your buckled wheel afterwards... keeerrrching on that one... healing vibes if your feeling it.

The hot weather brings out the best Epping folk and a few came running past us today 8-) 8-) 8-)

Think most of us drank loads and by the last hill I was running on empty, so Mr Ice Cream man at the finish was well deserved :lol: :lol: :lol:
