A few of us doing our regular day trip so anyone welcome to join us. We usually leave about 5 ;30 to miss the traffic and get home around 8pm

Yeah do CC in the morning then on to afan. The 40 min drive let's you recover so you can get maybe the whites then the skyline descent in. Bliss...!

Hello fella very similar to what we did last month but longer downhills and more climbs, you will be fine mate trust me you will love it...!

its Wales so it will be wet! But the trails will be the same anyway.
