Killing the miles is that normal or a small ride for you.

It will be my longest ride to date, normally a 20 mile ride most nights a bit longer at weekends, but now the nights are drawing in i am on the rollers, not the same but still helps for weekends,

It will be on the open fire roads so lots of walkers and families out for a jaunt....

I'll leave this one out too.

I was there doing the saturday cross country ride, it was alright, just a bit too much road riding at times for my liking. Once in the woods them selves some of the trails were realy good with lots of single track and twisty bits. Will be going back there on my own accored to see what other tracks i can find. How was the road riding?

Did not realise there were so many hills in the epping area, good fun though mostly quiet country roads, would do it again.
