Hi Dave,
What type of riding will you be looking at doing? [simple] wheels on the floor or off? [/simple]
always something on, just depends on where you are, how far you want to travel and what you feel up to.

Welcome Dave....

We cater for all on here... best bet is to look in on the rides sections and make your pick sof what you want to do...

We even have a new "Falling off" section......

Cheers for the responses all,

My main aim, is fitness, fun and no fractures ^^

I'd happily travel, although I'm in Greenwich which is a fair journey,

as to the questions of wheels on the floor or off, i think i'll start with wheel on, then who knows .... ( sky's the limit )

Will try organise for heading up for a ride, soon ^^

Hey Dave,

I go from Gravesend and Epping is less than 45 mins away and Thorndon less than 30 mins.

Lots of groups riding so look for a post that takes your fancy or post one yourself with a suggested day, time and riding level.

Chatman, I hope your not referring to my Swan Dive last Sunday in Epping when you refer to our new "falling off section"

It was a setup. Jon had a lighting crew, boom mic, a still photographer and video crew all waiting for me at the bottom of the creek bed!

Cheers,

Phil.

Yours was a good one goatee but sadly the only worthy of a bronze... The gold goes to EV and his nut cracker jump at Danbury... Where as VW Surfbum has the best superman over the bars as well....

Still keep up the practice guys....

I'd like to see a fellow Superman in action ;-)

Is there a link to the video?

Nice! Love the comment about you deciding to leave the bike and dive down the hill

I must admit the overwhelming concern for your safety was a real tear jerker :D

Phil.
