Hi I'm looking to purchase an entry level DJ bike to use around pump tracks and Bmx parks. I think a 24seven slacker looks good for £650. Anyone got one? Or have any advice?Cheers

Thanks I've had a look on pinkbike and eBay but can't find any sh 247s close to Surrey. My mate bought a new one today and I'm gonna check it out on sat at baddow to see if I really want it. Im unsure about the weight as it is about the same as my fullsuss although I know I have to compromise a bit for the price.

Perhaps you should widen your search.
£650 is a lot of money.
you could certainly get something a lot lighter like an STP for that sort of money

Can you ride park, jumps etc all-ready?? If not, thats alot of money for something you might not get on with.

Deffo go 2nd hand. You get so much more for your money. A 650quid 2nd hander would get you a top sepc build.

Hi sorry for the delayed response. Thanks for all you advice. I haven't tried much park riding but I ride Danbury and baddow on a full suss. I looked at ns and dmr but have just purchased a new 24seven slacker. Black/blue reduced to £500! Delivered Thursday to be ridden at baddow on sat :-)
