So got Sunday free - body is healing - even though im pretty sure in retrospect I broke my ribs in Wales - so im up for some riding whos doing what?

Grin mentioned Danbury which could be fun - haven't done Swinley in ages? Tom n Matt should have some nu kit to show off if they are about.

Forecast looks good

I'll be at Danbury on Sunday morning provided no issues with the bambino. I'll be over there early about 8:30am and leaving early as I need to be back by midday.

Evening gents - new user here. My name's Tim and I live in Billericay. Currently on a Santa Cruz Nomad, and usually drive out to Aston Hill every weekend once, sometimes twice.

Interested in finding some places slightly closer to home to ride - mind if I join you on Sunday in Danbury? Never been there before and it'd be great if I could be shown around.

Cheers,

Tim

Hi Tim.

Will be at Danbury at 9.30 Sunday - meeting in the car park on the Riding Spots page. Look out for an SX Trail and Enduro and that'll be us. (Rich is getting there early). It'll be a laid back ride, sessioning the jumps and the runs but you're welcome to join us and I'll show you around. I'll post up if we can't make it for any reason.

Steve

Don't suppose you're affiliated to Biketrax in brentwood at all? I only ask because of the username.

Righto, I'll see you on Sunday at Danbury then!

Cheers,

Tim

Nope, just a fan of Trax Records. Hadn't heard of the bike shop until after I picked my name years back!

Alright Tim - there are a couple of good spots near you - Danbury is awesome fun and Thorndon has that mental jumps and DH spot too. Of course we all love a bit of Aston http://essexhertsmtb.co.uk/php/flogr/in ... 3688775787

I should be knocking about on Sunday too as I have a Morning pass. Im on a silver Nicolai - ill be the one annoying Rich by checking out his new forks/fiddling with them.

Hi Karve - both sound and look good from your videos. Truth be told I could do with some good concentrated jump training - I'm totally piss at anything air-related generally.

What Nicolai you got? Not an ION is it? Love that bike...

Hi Tim, welcome

I would like to get out on Sunday, but got a bday party Sat night which is liable to be a late one, so its unlikely I'm going to be up for riding in the morn.

If anyone is around later in the day give me a shout

Having fork issues, I cant get them tight to the headset......never mind fiddling you might end up helping me get them on properly!!!

Yea no worries im sure we can sort that out - probably just needs another spacer as long as you have properly seated the crown race.
