Yea good ride today.. little chilly at the start but not as bad as thought it was going to be... :roll: :roll:

Nice first session on the frozen tracks and un-controllable ruts :eh: :eh: then on way back the melted gloop and no traction areas :lol: :lol: :lol:

Was utterly knackered at the finish.. but that's how a good ride should be...

Good to meet new faces and old today. A good ride but definitely shown me how my fitness has deteriorated and weight gain has affected my riding in the year or so of very little proper riding. Still I made it there and back and the route in the summer should be much easier with solid single track rather than claggy goo. Saying that there were some surprisingly nice flowy sections.

Awesome ride all, had lots fun, sliding around all over the place, one point almost done a 180. last time in epping was early 2011, so doing 20 miles or so, was tough.

looking forwards to meeting up again.

Cheers guys, well done to the guys leading the pack, good route all the way there and back.
