Your welcome chaps, was good to meet you all, hope the old nose isnt to hurt Banjoboy always best to not use it to break your fall :)

conditions today were far better than the last few days have been, seems to have drained well since the rain stopped..

How was thorndon today? There was a lot of proper lycra clad xc riders over langdon hills (laindon) this morning, any one from here :?:
For those not ridden langdon, there's a lot of up hills  but also some decent downward tracks, here's a bit of footage. you'll have to excuse my editing skills, as it was my first go with the camera and imovie. I only had a 2gig sd card and it ran out halfway down my favorite bit

Try the vid again. having teething problems.
Langdon has a mix of all surfaces, mud, mud and stones, bridle ways etc. The best way is to ride it and see, its good for improving your fitness and its the venue for one of the MSG races. I like it coz its local and i don't mind climbing hills and can get some faster miles done and have some fun.
