Hi all,

I've recently moved up to Brentwood, and now the snow has gone away am looking for somewhere to ride and some folks to go riding with!

I was chatting to the folks in BikeTrax in Brentwood and they said come on here... so here I am!

I am mainly an XC rider and have been doing that for years. My faithful Trek 6500 has helped me along the way for a while... with a few upgrades as well over the years. But I am also getting more into DH as I get older and lazier! I have done a couple of weeks in Morzine on my newer toy... a Lapierre Froggy! Along with of course the days out at trail centres.

Hope to see you around the patch soon.

Matt

Welcome mate, nice bike the froggy, always good to hear from another lapierre owner, i have a zesty.
loads of good riding around the area, warley, thorndon and langdon all local. warley gap is a good place to start away from xc, i was over there today actually for the first time, good singletrack with some nice jumps (not as hardcore as the main jump area over the road) which is good if like me trying to do a bit more DH/Jumps. be happy to meet you up there and show you around...well as much as i can anyway as I'm sure theres loads more over there I haven't seen.
rides happening all the time so keep an eye on the forum and hope to see you around soon.

Opposite brentwood kart track (CM13 3DP) behind fords. the main freeride/jump area is on one side of the road and warley gap is on the other.
im gonna be up there tomorrow for a bit of practice.....weather permitting!
danbury is also a great place to learn, drops and jumps of all sizes.
