In a word No...
UST- universal system for tubeless, (certified by some certifying body), the tire and the bead are different than "non-tubeless" tires, the tire should be able run with no sealant, the bead is designed for better security in the rim.
Tubeless Ready- the tire is not designed to work without sealant, the bead is designed just as a UST bead.
So if you wont to run UST you need UST rim's and UST tyres.... No sealent.
Tubeless Ready you can run your normal rims, but need to use something like Stans NoTubes
http://www.notubes.com/ and a tubeless ready tyre.
I have been running Stans with on all my bikes for over 6 years with any tyre and rim combo.
Can be a bit of a pain to get set up and sealed but once they are its all good.
Have been able to run High Rollers as low as 10psi with no problem.
