After spending a little while cleaning up the perp, i thought i may as well try my best to get the bolt out, now not sure what solved the issue (possible the amount of crashes at CwmCarn) but within a few twists with the allen key and a few knocks from the hammer, the bolt decided to come unstuck and remove itself from the frame

I have left the bolt in about a CM as think it will be best to remove the components first before removing the bolt allowing the frame to collapse. Would it be best to remove EVERYTHING? (Including shock?)

So it is. Only looked at the bottom roller, looks exactly like my stinger. Thinking of ditching the granny ring so will need to replace it soon.
