Fairly new to this malarky and lovin it, brought an entry level marin hardtail, but already thinking ahead to an upgrade to a full sus and I stumbled upon the Orange range, the five pro. My god I'm in love, do I have to spend this much? What else is close but cheaper.

Start off by setting yourself a budget, shop for that budget and try and stick to it..... But i really recommend getting an idea of what sort of spec you like before setting your spending limit.

Also, have you considered second hand??? You can get remarkable deals that way, and leave yourself spare cash for upgrades!!

And there's better, a lot better bikes than the very old out dated Orange 5!

Loads on eBay . Specialized, trek, etc...... Do a general search for " full suspension mountain bike" and spend a couple of hours trawling though the results. If you find something you like stick up a post and ask for advice.
