Thanks for showing us round epping, I loved it. Might not have looked like it sometimes on the uphills, but I did. And thanks for not laughing too much when I fell off lol. Think you might be talking me round to putting flat pedals on though, so next time I'll probably get out the old v8s if they're not seized up, now just need some suitable footwear for them.

Good ride today fellas, nice to meet new faces and look forward to catching up with you guys in the future. Glad you enjoyed epping there's so much of it to experience.Got EVANS to fit a new headset couldn't be bothered to do it myself but the creaking is from the wheel so a new one I reckon. Hate noises lol
