Its really not to bad, it a good laugh and we do loops of a short course, so there is loads of rest stops - should you need them.

Hill training ? i'm with Andy on this one.... i like going down them but i may as well have my bike on a leash and take it for a walk when there's a hint of an incline !!!

Last year in Morzine I took day off from DH'ing and rode to Montriond lake, very picturesque place a few miles away but a bit of an uphill ride, I was soon off pushing my bike, while a lot older guy on the trip flew past on his strange vintage bike.

the only thing you should bedoing at that sort of time is sleeping nest you'll be telling us its fun

andydd that place looks lush wouldnt mind a few days chilling there abouts
