Hi guys,

My names Jamie and Im living about 5mins from warley gap, lived here for a year and have only just found Out about it!!! Mostly ridden single track up at Surrey hills and also spent a week or two in whistler a few years ago, but am pretty rusty!

I ride a 2009 specialised pitch pro with a few bits an bobs added to it. Would be great to meet up some people from here at some point and go for a pedal.

Still can't believe I've lived here and have been wanting to go for a pedal with the jumps so close, so thank you neighbour for the heads up, otherwise it could of been another year!!

Cheers

Jamie

Welcome mate, there are about 10 of us Brentwood fellas who ride over there. Also lots of Thornton/epping fitness rides too. I'm on a yellow intense ss2 so come say hello

Nice to meet you guys, hopefully will be bumping into you at Thorndon some time? I'm going to have a sneaky pedal down there on Tuesday day time, hopefully when not many people are there so I don't show myself up too much!!!

Went to Thorndon yesterday, wow what a set up! In my first ten mins I came off over the handlebars! I guess that's what you get for not being on yr bike for a while?!

I'm interested in getting into the jumps, but have only done the occasional one on trials etc. the ones at Thorndon are obviously way over my head(literally!), is there a section that's a little more user friendly around that part of the jumps?

I'm quite keen to start small and work up so if you find somewhere shout up, Danbury has some smaller singles to get going on but no real doubles but its a good place to start - but take care !

It doesn't matter what you ride
