Loved the ride today thanks everyone, bit of a pootle in the woods for some of you, but it was an intense workout for me lol. Gotta keep it up though to get my fitness back, so see you next week!

Nice hill to warm up on on the out bound leg, lol, hope you tried to set the speed camera off on the way home.

Didnt make langdon hills in the end, why does house selling involve soooo much paperwork? Did a exploritory route out to the RSPB at rainham and back. Nice ride on the way out, the return was a pig though with a strong head wind and constant threat of getting drenched, narrowly missed getting hailed on.

me and Jim did the full RSPB loop there and back starting at 630am, seemed to find the wind kept changing direction and was always blowing into us no mater what direction we were going lol was home at 9am 26 miles later :D
