Yep, already to go for round 2 tomorrow in the pouring rain, and mud
Just finished servicing my forks and rear shock so they're race fit, and bike has had a once over, so hopefully no mechanicals tomorrow. So thats it!!!

So who else is there tomorrow?? Heres my no. if you want to meet before we get at it

Just been out to pick daughter up from chelmo.. Well the Rockwell road is flooded quite bad and there getting bigger the puddles... My lane is flooded also so waded through them to get out and back.... I'll take a rain check in the morning

Well ill be there rain, wind or.... more rain, LOL.

Well, the rain could be worse, but I think the wind could be a killer.....

Yep, good luck Jamie and Nick, looks like a good turn out.

Errr cough cough, I did not do it today... Felt like the weather today, shit.. So rather than play hug a tree and ground surf, I gave it a miss...

Wet doesn't quite cover it, in some places the bike was up to the hubs in puddles.... And the climb up the water logged field was a killer!!!! But..... was epic, the technicals were right up my alley.
The only real downer of the day was the technical I had with the bike.... My brand new Bontrager Carbon seat post had enough, and snapped 1 mile into my second lap, so pretty much had to run the bits I couldn't stand-up pedal on. Gutted, as I put in a flying first lap....

Ended up 50th overall, so, still happy with that considering.

Top stuff Nick.... just seen a vid VW put up of the downhill bit into the ridge area looked swimmingly.....

It's a good course but not to swim it
