Looks good. Is the rear Quick Release the opposite way round from normal (Lever cassette side instead of disc brake site) or is that something else? Mine's still in it's box :(

Q/r is on the wrong side good spot I would change it but skewers are buggered so needed pliers and I'm going to change the forks to 120mm internally when the fork oil turns up. I had no budget for the build so no chance of new forks :(. All parts except seatpost and front mech off my rockhopper It will be more xc /trail for a while

I could not even justify white brake hoses at the moment it will be a bit of a rideable project even the 50mm stem is from the garage :)

VW, Going by the website, 7.25"x1.875". Looks massive!!

Had a little trip out today. Not too bad. After a bad chest infection, i was pretty breathless all the time. Got sick in my mouth twice!! Rode down by the Warren and along the sea wall where there's a lot of clay, boggy shite. Will avoid that until it dries out!!

Will prob need to set my shocks up a bit better than it is now. Also put some more air in the tyres which felt a bit slippy so might look into getting a new set. I've got the gear to go tubeless but not a clue how to do it!! I'm sure some of you guys know how!!

Finally been told my wheels will be ready by next Saturday,, so hopefully, just maybe I'll have a finsihed bike by then.

CRC keep sending me vouchers so I couldn't resist any longer and sorted the drivetain out, spare Saint cranks I found in the garage, Blue Hope BB, Black Hope Chainring (2tooth), some blue chainring bolts and a tasty Black KMC Chain that broke a brand new chain breaker are all fitted.

All this rain has proved to be an expensive thing.

Think my other bike needs a good clean so may have to make the trip to Barkingside to use mums hosepipe seeing as they don't have a hosepipe ban.

Have fun riding everyone, I hope to be back on the trails when it dries up.

Very nice... And not jealous at all!

Btw, MCHardMan - you can clean your bike with a hose as much as you like. Ban only applies to washing motor vehicles. :)
