Hi folks, I moved to London about 18 months ago, I've just bought myself a mountain bike, are there any groups on here that ride in Epping forest regularly as its the closest place for me, I've been to have a look round but have no idea of my way around there! I'm reasonably fit and would like to think I could do any distance within reason!! I'm sure I'll regret saying that!

Eppings a bit of a maze with lots of trails you wont find alone, linking them up is the key to having a good ride.
Look out for rides in the XC section.

When is the next day to meet and where

Nice one more new so i want meet and ride epping when is the next day

Hi , Normally rides on sundays sometimes during the week, but at the moment I expect the forest to be pretty boggy unless somebody can tell me different. Im away this weekend in wales but generally one of the regular sunday riders. I will gladly show anybody around probably from next week weather permitting.

Wow, great response , thanks everyone, I'm having an op on my arm so will be out for a month or so, but will deffo be up for lots of weekends out riding as soon it's better! I can't wait.
