The hills will be good training. i dont know of they change the course every week but the first race was brilliant fun, apart from the up hill slog at the end of the lap lol

Karve - If this series is done under BC rules - you may want to check the rule book to see if male riders are allowed to wear a blouse whilst competing....or will you be dragging your spandex out from the back of your closet?

Not an issue. All the blouses are in the wash for a triscombe loam fest. Nothing says hardcore downhill like a pastel pink v neck. Swoosh.

I enjoyed this weeks course more than last week. The start was good with the first little jump and tight corners down to the bottom..
Are you riding single speed Phil?

I did this too, pulled out on the 5 lap with cramp, loved it, although am not as fit as I thought! Riding the 16 miles there from work probably didn't help either!
