Meet at Kings Oak car park.... This ride will be as fast as the slowest rider as it is an introductory ride plus I haven't done much xc lately myself lol.

IG10 4AE gets you to the kings oak pub..High beech

I'm gonna try and get there for 11, but I've got to have a blood test at Basildon hospital 1st, and I'll be hank marvin coz I can't eat for 12 hours beforehand :-(.
