Yeah cheers for the ride lads, was good to meet up and get a few miles into the legs - shame about the horse riders attitude, seems dead slow still isn't slow enough! The downhill bits from the Crown are pretty good fun, aren't they, hope you found your way back to the car park OK after I split off to head home.

Thanks for the guided tour chaps, I'll book more time off next time and if you ever fancy a tour of the danbury mountains i'll be happy to show you some trails
