 Post subject: Compression top advice?

I need a new top to wear under my body armour, any tips on what works well and what doesn't? A plain t shirt wad used for 1 run but was crap, I used my old lizard skin rash vest for a bit but it promotes sweating lol

I use Nike pro combat base layers, check sports direct, you can pick them up for about 15 quid!

Sounds good i'll take a look, been told to look for something with wicking material what ever that is, could be a fad or the best thing since sliced hovis ?

Keep your eye out fr Aldi and Lidl offers..

I got a short sleeved top there last time round and it's excellent.. Even came with separate lower arm sections to put on if it get's chilly out on a ride :)

Wicking is the ability of the material to draw the sweat away from your skin through the material. most nike stuff has dri-fit which does this job. and they come in lots of pretty colours :thumbup:

I picked up a wicking "blah blah bullshit sales waffle" top from sports direct redfuced from £30 to £9.99 LOL used it last night over Danbury under the armour and it was ok, not brilliant or life changing but did the job ok for a tenner !
