Hey guys im wondering if anyone is up for a ride saturday evening? as im at work untill 5 but am based in harlow so can be at epping by say 5.30-6

im looking for somone to show me around more than anything else as i have no idea on the layout of epping at all! and im only just starting to get into this riding malarky! so im super unfit and unhealthy (issues with my heart) so i cant do a massivly fast pace im afraid,

obviously i know its a long shot but if anyone is willing to come out it would be greatly appreciated!
