Some sketchy moments today and bike grappling gloop but the "oh bugger" moment has to go down as one I the funniest ever.... PMSL

Have just been looking at the footage and i said "oooh blimey!" still in a bit of pain but ok thanks to the helmet! Not much great footage as the camera angle wasn't that great but i'll send some out when i can! Great day in all! Spence, you missed a forward somersault and i should have left with ya!
