I'm coming out from London and normally prefer to kick off from the carpark near chingford station if riding solo, but was kinda hoping to hook up with some knowledgeable people to show us around. they normally meet for these rides further into the forest at Carl's tea hut. I know my way there from the station no worries - it takes about a half hour (without stops) and hits some fun trails. But of course you could just drive there if you have a car?

We'll see who decides to come along and go from there.

Is this ride still going ahead?? As I would like to tag along if possible.
I'm still new to riding plus only been Epping a few times so would like to no what's what. Plus I have a new bike which needs to go get dirty

I'm the wrong person to lead a group, something to do with being a bit mad, but I can show people the way to Epping from Chingford, Bury Road car park.

My jusgement of pace is a bit limited to too fast.

Depends how I feel after Saturdays ride, which on another note you could join that one, Saturday 11am, Bury Road carpark, Chinford. Two groups slow and fast, everyones welcome.

yep right at top of hill where they have just re-done all the parking area, place is called High Beach. If you look at this forum main page and locations section, there's a map in the Epping section...
