Good riding in the Alps with Grin, Jan & Andydd. We did some amazing rides with our chef who knew all local trails and was taking us down insane scary trails (steep, roots, rocks).

some pic's (footage will follow later)

Bone dry dusty trails. HOT !

During the evening everybody was showing his capabilities

Got blisters from riding

Nice trails

Some gaps

Bits of air time

A couple flat tires but nothing major (well apart from Grin riding down the red run with loose stem bolts :-) ) and even better besides some OTB's no major crashes this year.

we've got loads of footage, will post up after some editing.

Epic time in Morzine / Les Gets / Linderets! Weather was superb, but very hot some days. My god those bracking bumps in les gets we're pummelling and draining! We rode all 6 days and now knackered !

Riding was far more diverse than last year, taking on local trails and blacks/ reds/ blues. Finally got into the steeps and roots of morzine and amazing fun of Linderets. Fantastic meeting up with Crash (Joost) again and his buddy Jan was an amazing , gutsy rider. Had a truly great guide in Paul, the host/ chef who showed us some amazing local trails as well as the black/ red runs. Great, friendly, fun guy. Managed to brand my calf with an avid rotor lol and for me a great moment was doing the red run road gap at the top of the super morzine lift, as well as the blacks. Andy done us proud with the chalet recommendation and we all had a room to ourselves and really relaxed time with top food and great hot tub. As Joost says he got some amazing footage and look forward to that. Possibly, possibly might be getting out there again soon if I can wangle it with Mrs Grin!

Too many moments to mention but managed to loose googles off a lift / watch off my wrist on a plenty run / Loosened stem bolts on day 6 after days of bumpy runs which was scary after a fast jumpy droppy run!

Wilson was superb with the changed geo setting too. Really happy with that. More comments to follow :)

I'd take natural knar over brake bumps any day, but we all contribute by riding the trails so can't moan too much.
