Hi chaps, as some of you are aware its hard to get out all the time on the bikes, so i was thinking of getting the kids out for a taster ride in the mud!
Few choices of location,
Thorndon, Epping, Hadleigh etc.
No1 is only 5 so it will only be a small but very frustrating ride.

Anyone interested in sharing frustration?

My daughter is always saying she wants to go riding... Being 14 she'll gladly be baby sitter and kiddies duties ;-)

What about Ingrebourne valley/Hornchurch country park. Its got tarmac and gravel paths with a few dirt ones if you look about. Its also got about a 1 mile purpose built single track circuit. one half climbs up the hill on switch backs and then desends over twisting berms and the other half passes through 2 small pump sections via a bit of single track through the copse.

Free parking and can be ridden what ever the weather, was great fun in the snow

Although my 7yr old is out of action for a while, my 4 1/2 yr old son is fighting fit and will be comming with me. he's new to no stableisers and doing quite well, this would be a great chance for him to improve. count me in.
