Sarpullido, you'll need to connect to a proxy server to view the iplayer from abroad. Dont know any, but if you search for 'iplayer proxy outside uk' or 'iplayer proxy czech' or similar search names you may find something. hth.

Well done Spain, 4th for Hermida and 6th for Coloma. Bad day for Mantecón, 22nd...
I saw Kulhavy a few weeks ago at the Czech XCO champs and, apparently, he wasn't going full gas, preparing for the olympic event. He was 5th or 6th then...

These guys are machines. The 28th was a colombian guy, Paez Leon. That's the winner of the Sellaronda hero this year, beating even Mirko Celestino, last year's winner. Ok, so this colombian guy did the course in around 4hours and a half. I did it in almost 8 hours, and I was fit. First climb of the race took me around 55 minutes and the leaders in a little bit more than half an hour.

What happened to the English guy??

Liam crashed and broke his ankle. Was never going to be in medal contention but a sad way for him to exit his last Olympics. Can't wait to have a go on that track next year!

There's a thread on here about it. The track is staying but some bits are being mellowed down. Some other tracks are being made together with a visitor centre and parking. All that won't be ready until next year. I suppose you might be able to sneak onto the track before then though.

Here's the winners bike...

29er, Grip shift, Blackbox development rock shocks on it... Just look at that saddle height... and the stem angle..

Second place rider was on a 650b bike.....

The guy was phenomenal on it...
