Easy all. Just thought id put up a general post about the trails as i was over again this sunday and was just disapointed by the state of the place.

Another couple of trees have been cut down, i found and binned another saw, and in genral the place is starting to look realy shit especially up the top section. I saw someone has had a go at cleaning up but i think if anyone else is up for it we need to make a bit of a group effort and fix the place up.

The stuff i think needs real work is...

The rollin platform at the top. The worse it looks the more it seams to encourage the pikes to break it. So i wanat to fix it and screw it back together so dam hard its almost impossible to break.

Varouse bits of the shore need replacing as im not convinved itll last another winter as it is...

and if anyone has any old hardcore bags of cement id like to try and fix the fence up the top section. Its just going to bring trouble left like it is, and kids are starting to bring mopeds in whick realy will end it.

I know everyone is busy but as a group in a few hours we can have most of it fixed up, i think ha

anyone?

I'll be heading up there tonight possibly, Dan has spoken to Martin as well and we're going to get the place tidy again.
The roll in up the top might aswell be pulled down and used for repairs on the shore

I think removing that roll in as well will help with the litter problem as that tends to be were people sit and eat and just drop the rubbish below

Yep, years ago when the hut and big roll in for the dirt jumps was there they had the same problem.
So out it all came and it solves the problem.
We were talking about dragging all of the cut down trees to the top and pile them up where the fence was and bind them together.
Hopefully that should stop the mopeds getting in.
And it needs a good litter picking day to be honest as well.

Thats another solution......That wood will be usefull. Ive been using thosecut down trees to build new landings. There are loads of old concreat post around the place though we could dig back in closer together.

Banner by the way i think i found a couple of your blue shovels that went missing. There well hidden now just let me know when you want them ....

Yea we were planning to use them to build but something needs to be done about the fence.
Did you find any other tools as all of the shovels, pickaxe broom and one wheel barrow is missing, the other has been smashed up.
