Did break the ally parts of my last frame into pieces,.the carbon bits ( seat stays) are fine

Also one thing I have seen is when people leave carbon frames in cars on a summers day.
They start to warp !!!!!

Errrr is part of the carbon shaping process not to put it in a massive oven and heat to a ridiculous heat to shape form it... Can't see inside of cars getting that hot... Now chocolate left in a hot car is something else.....

Not really, but ally is especially the hydro formed Ones

carbon is stronger than ally, fact!
yes ally bends but that writes it off just as quick as cracking acarbon frame.

May be not frames but wheels have melted under braking!!

A few road races with a high amount of braking has band them due too many failing when they get hot!!

I know bike frames flex but it still makes me feel uneasy knowing that it moves that much. And I love carbon :)

Yeah but to get it to do that while riding you'd be trying hard, do that to a ally frame it would brake
