wot sort of tyre pressure's do you guy's run?I ride mostly tracks&trails!My tyres are mountain kings 2.2!

Hard enough so i can just push them in slightly with my thumb, I ride anything i can get my bike over or on ??

35ish for most stuff depends on the surface.
If its hard pack like north epping and u want to go fast then 45ish

Tyre pressure is not something im too anal about normally 30 at the back and 35 at the front if in doubt i go with the same theory as jon.

On uneven ground upping the pressure increases rolling resistance.

I'm running 23psi front and 26psi back, most tyres have a sweet spot for the conditions they are in and that can be as low as a differencial of 4psi this is very true with Nobby Nics.

Scwalbe recommend 26psi for the 2.25 Nobby Nic with a 75kg rider

Maxxis tyre testers usually start with a pressure of 27psi and adjust up and down as needed.

Plus VW-surfbum's above post seems to be pretty close
