Word Up MO-FO's

Its been dry, its staying dry, there's only one thing for it! ..................................EPPING!

So there is a group of brentwood lads going already, but if there's a a few from here we'll do a seperate group.
I'm sure between Me and Jamie we'll be able to to do the "Bacon Roll Run" on our own.

Its quite a lengthy but fun ride, bring plenty of water as its going to be warm and the way back can be crampalicious :crazy:

So who's in?

Never ridden Epping Forest so would love to consider this if you don't mind someone new to the group. I moved to the area in July from Colorado but just found this forum.

What is the length/time duration of the ride?

Meeting at High beech for 9:30, (see home page for directions) its about 1-2hrs to Mecca (bacon roll cabin) and then about the same maybe a little longer back. will aim to be away by 13:30 latest.

All welcome, only stipulation is, if your going to fall off make sure you do it in front of someone with a camera.

I'm in, just sorted out my back brake so I might be able to stop properly now.
Could be thee best weather I've ridden in this year!!

Might give my new new/shin pads a try too.

Great! I'll plan on being there for sure and will do my best to keep up! Although I've heard talk about shin pads...what am I getting myself into..this is XC right?

Lol it is just XC but shin pads or any kind of pads are.personal preference

Yeah, I don't normally ride with pads but I got some for my birthday a few months back

And now undoubtedly something will happen that I'll wish I had pads....! Not sure who I'm looking for but I'll be driving a silver/grey Ford 4-door car, FS Gary Fisher SuperFly 100, will try to wear something Colorado related to make it easy.

Look out for a lurid green Seat Leon and a blue Toyota Rav 4, or the biggest crowd of MTB'ers standing around
