Yep 11pm till 11am ..working at hillingdon... 15hr day with the travelling near enough...

I always wanted to join a group of riders to explore Epping a bit further as when I go by myself a tend to do the same trails over and over again. Today I was going to try to meet you people for a ride but I just could not make on time... I will try again another time

Almost 4 weeks out the saddle has destroyed my climbing legs, that was a struggle today....

But loved it!!!!! How fast were the lines.... Makes up for the crap summer we've had 8-)
