Ah that Strava thing is sweet. i like how it shows you the trail names as you roll along the altitude chart.. very cool.

Super bunzzin from today..legs weren't up to it after lunch as Nothern Haile Gebrselassie disappeared off into the distance... but enjoyed doing the miles. Some lovely DH's along the way. Good to see Ryan and Evil again. Hope you recover from your moonwalking injury soon Evil.

Need to get back and do more exploring.

Great ride guys Surrey Hills has a great way of telling you you should have been on your bike more when you start the climbs.

I think we may be starting a new genre of riding, xc moving progressively to down hill until you fall off!

Shoulders fine, a bit bruised but definitely gave my head a good whack based on how it feels. To think as we were pedalling up i was cursing my pot helmet, in the end quite grateful for it.

As for the moonwalking incident should have known better!
