Don't know if anyone has seen this yet but as someone that rides flats i found it pretty interesting.

Yeah, but check out his brake levers. He needs to worry less about dropping his heel and more about dropping his wrists!

In fairness, I've been doing some of his exercises for lower back pain and found them to me pretty helpful.
