I finish work at 10am in leytonstone so can get to high beach by 11am meet at cafe next to kings oak pub on top of hill!
i dont know many routes as only been up there half a dozen times!

Yeah that's cool. I can be there by 11am.

I'm a novice to Epping myself Brian so I'm not familiar with the best trails etc. There may be a few ideas on the forum or failing that we could just wing it.??
