Hi all, I'm early 40's and currently doing well with bike fitness!

Just got a 29er and am more Xc oriented than anything else, but am up for a bit of downhill,action, if it comes along.....!

I used to live in Waltham abbey, and rode the forest for years before moving up here....I still get down that way via the canal, so am keeping an eye on the calendar. I work funny shifts though, so I'll join in when I can.....

Give me a shout for the flitch way etc......I've got a king of the mountain on one bit!

Hi rode out with luvinit&few others a couple of weeks back,we got a 9th place run from dunmow to braintree P.s i work night shifts&get alot of time of in the week for riding

been doing more downhill bumpy stuff lately coz of the weather but need to do a run out coz i will get fatter otherwise!

I've just checked strava......some bugger has beat my KOM by a couple of seconds!
I'll have to have that back.......I'll watch the calendar, I work funny shifts too, so get time off midweek when I'm not doi ng my part time job.....
