Ok fellow bikers, here's a nice picture for you, a girl at work rode this bike into work today after getting it last night from the bike shop, yes the lights where on in the shop but....
She said it felt strange and braking was a bit to say the least odd, and changing gear....

Can you see why ???

Hmmm, perhaps the fitter had been on the lash beforehand? Should have mounted the saddle on the stem and the bars on the seat post to cap off a bang-on installation!

Nothing wrong with that, just ew style drop handlebars and shifters! Looks like the handlebar stem clamp is done up too tight on the top as well. What bike shop was this so we can avoid it?

I'll find out the name and shame them.... It's bloody shocking....

I checked to make sure the forks where on correct a well... It's a GHOST bike so not from the hellfrauds range...

Looks like a Ghost to me rather than a Cube ... but then as a Cube fan I guess I'm in defend mode !!

I'm sure I've seen a recent video from a chest mount and the handlebars looked to be mounted in a similar way though - I figured it was either meant to be like that or it was a "fish-eye" distortion due to the extra wide angle that this particular cam had.

Seen a woman local to me (leigh on sea) riding a bike with the bars like that and the forks were definitely on backwards, i was beginning to think she'd just done a frame whip or bar spin or something, but nah all backwards...

Ooops I meant to say GHOST............

Its those new "retro" sis shifters.. I'd get her to take a taxi back hope just to be on the safe side.

A group I was showing around in Morzine had rented bikes and only gone a few 100 yards when one of the girls said her brakes felt weird..turns out the brake pads had fallen out
