Easyjet just sent me an email saying they are flying to Geneva from Southend. I would imagine a number of people on here could ride to the airport and be in the alps in a couple of hours!

Yep....Unfortunately its winter only at the moment..I was hoping I could go from there in the Summer..only just up the road from me.

True.....but it is a pain without a car and a bike to take....I almost died taking it to Luton last August, one of the main reasons why Santa is going to bring me a CRC Bike bag (with wheels !) this year

I believe Stansted is winter only too..well on Easyjet at least.

I did the Megavalanche this year, getting there was a nightmare, closest I could manage after much searching was Lyon on 2 flights. That's 100 miles away from Allemont. Seems hardly anyone ( flight operators ) goes in summer.
