Nope.. rest (in a sling), followed by lots of physio.. up to 12 weeks 'til I'm on a bike again properly

Takes me feckin' ages just to get dressed in the morning now... and as for putting on socks!!! :shock:

Having to wear short sleeved shirts as can't raise arm. Think I can do something (even with it in a sling) and then catch myself out as soon as try to use any strength with it.. It's so frustrating.
