Not bothered want do you wish to do .
Do not know Epping, is it rideable.
My local area I can get around anything uptp 20/25 miles.
What time I finish my Night shift at 5.30am.
Speed -fast steady casual you advise and I will see what we can come up with.

So on the few trips I've been out this week on, it's all good. Mud here and there but that didn't stop me. I see a load of people meet at that green hut opposite the pub at high beech, would this be good?

I can meet you at 8.00am bit more detail on the green hut as not been there before.
