I'm not sold on the bandit in any way just looking about, the reviews confused me ! The dude in Poland selling the Dartmoor Wish is a bonafide shop so £400 for frame with £30 postage which is much more manageable at the moment, stupid bloody wedding :o/ but also i'm thinking alps stagg do ?

and whats that i see in your Signature......

I think the Bandit is more in the Trail category hence the "not perfect for anything" reviews. Ask Tony Jedi what he thinks. He has one (and a Bottlerocket).

The Bottlerocket is no longer being made unfortunately!
The Bandit is an amazing bike, watch the Transition bikes edit here:

We went to Albstadt Germany with Surf sales and Transition to demo the 2012 bikes in September 2011.
They were riding a Bandit 26, Bandit 29 and a Covert (Sam, Kevin and Kyle)
The bikes will go up or down whatever you like, burly as hell!

Andy i was referring to the Identiti

Big fan of the LBS

love the idea of a Bottlerocket but £1440 for an 8 yr old frame that is really a £400 frame is just too steep, its a real shame :(

also If i buy direct from the USA and select 1-3 days shipping insured and inc vat (if it even gets charged as often it doesn't) the cost is £1023.45 ? for a bottlerocket v4

still if we had nothing to aspire too we'd all be bored right.

I'm really feeling this as a plane, emailed a stag do company today to suss it out but they stopped doing it in Chamonix :O( thought if i could organise a weeks stay and those who soley want the stagg do can come for two days whilst the rest have a weeks riding, i'd alos throw the dates up on here for all and sundry, no point organising such a trip and limiting it to nearest and dearest ! watch this space... or another space on the forum, will be March-Apr time next year i expect

Will have to find somewhere else, the location only has to have MTB hire and a mountain.
