I'm riding a hardtail for the first time in years, I was spinning a lot on climbs today in Danbury. I'm thinking of moving the seat back a touch. I'm running a continental Gravity 2.3 On the back is there a better cheap mud rear ?
I ride a on one 456 with 120mm forks

Don't know how much the continental is but I found my Bonty MudX brilliant on the rear for proper muddy conditions.

I don't recommend continental mountain kings, mine today had grip of Teflon... Utter useless in the Thorndon mud today... Eccles was riding with some on-one gear x tyres and laughing at me slipping sliding away....

Geax datura ordered and some sneaky new white bars :)
My onone project is almost done just white brake lines, a dropper post and a better wheelset (most likely white)
