Starting to get a bit of stiction on the air forks.

Been using a smear of Teflon Dry Lube and wiping them down but read that using a silicone spray is good for 'lubing' the stanchions? Googled around and found some products from various websites and even a recommendation to use a car silicone dashboard cleaner :?

Any recomendations out there?

Alright mate - I wouldnt use teflon lube for chains as that may leave a slight waxy residue worsening the stiction. Even GT10 may be a better bet than that.

My vote is for - http://www.tftunedshox.com/Miscellaneou ... and-Grease - RSP Ultra Slick Grease

some good advice here on step 9
