Right guys ive decided to step aside on this training day, as im a member at Herts i can ride there when ever i want and as theres such a waiting list to ride with Tony im going to let my place go to one of the reserves...

Well, to say I am gutted would be an understatement, but I am going to have to pull out of the March 27th session. I have a trapped nerve in my back. A group of muscles have weakened in my left shoulder and I have problems lifting on my left side. I am getting the results of two MRI's on Tuesday, but it's going to need physio at least. I cannot see that I am going to be able to cope with the session on the 27th.

I have emailed Tony to see if I can get the money refunded, if not, my place is up for purchase.

I wouldn't mind so much, but I did this in bed....yeah, not going to eat out on that one too much am I....
