Should be cold enough to keep the drained bits firm.this will be a see what happens ride distance/pace as kinda back to square one with fitness as I'd imagine a few others are.7pm high beach all welcome.

Had a spanner thrown in the works and cant gaurantee I'm gonna be back so will have to cancel just incase.gutted drove through epping forest this eve looking better!
