I drive along Sandpit Lane in Brentwood every day to and from work in Ongar.

It looks like a nice trail and I know they have an 8 mile xc running event there late summer.

Has anybody ridden it? Does anybody have a gpx or up for leading a group round one weekend / night?

Its too small, too limiting and too many dogs.
I tried using it for night rides as i live right on top of it, but its just not worth it.

Cool bananas - who wants to ride through dog poo anyway!

Bedgbury Looks good and that's one of Mr Turner5's stomping grounds so we'll have to get him to lead us round there - though it looks very well laid out anyway.

Bedgbury is good fun, last time I was there it was very wet so even more fun.. I'll be up for a return trip. Just need to save up for the parking fee there ;-)

Jamie it was wet, no fun and killed 80% of our bikes!
In the Dry it is ACE fun.

Don't need anyone to lead in bedgebury unless u is blind. Just follow the arrows. Worth doing in the dry and pants in the wet. Swinley is soon to be another follow the arrows no brainer but should be fun when it opens next month I think.

Went to Bedgebury last Friday. Was very wet and about 6 of the runs were closed.
Looks like it might take a while to recover.
The parking in the lay by just by Flimwell is free tho :-)
