Cool, ive only got 8 weeks training left before Mud & Mayhem http://xtriseries.co.uk/?page_id=77 and I missed 5 weeks training with a chest infection earlier in the year so I'm up against it and a lotta hard training to do before then...

Yep, that's the plan. I'll see how it goes next week and might even make it a weekly thing, not many big hills in riding distance and I keep forgetting how close Epping is - Pole Hill is only around 4miles from my house, that's an easy and quick pre-dawn drive in a V8

Ok, so my Training peaks program has magically appeared for the next few weeks and spat out Friday as the only morning free for the MTB ride at Pole Hill - can you work with that? I'm hoping...let me know.

DOH! That's early but c'mon Noel, I used to be a PT, should be normal for you, no rest for the wicked :-) Besides, it can be very entertaining riding with me, especially when I saound like a steam train going up a hill and/or I fall off...usually multiple times ;-) I'm not really selling it now am I?! Ha ha
