Chatman, can you chuck those headset tools into your RAV before you leave please, my headset is knackered but it will have to survive tomorrow or I'll only be able to ride in a straight line! Bike shops around here are crap, none stock bearings and the bearing supplier in Braintree don't have the ones I need.

4 wks off driving so god knows about the bike. I'm going to email matt and change all my races to open so I don't push it

Wot a clown !! Changed me back tyre yesterday to me high roller as dry at cod ham can't have done quick release up properly & back wheel popped off on practice lap in technical section in woods put rear mech through back wheel !! Trashed mech & hanger no race for me gutted !!

Good race today at Codham... Complete contrast from last years rainsoggymess.... And the track was brilliant this year as well.... Oh those hills

Damn have to knock at least 5 minutes of my lap times to win! Was a really good course and the weather was ideal. So why were you not riding Laser?
